Questions
Service FAQs
What services does Premier Custom Builders offer?
We design and build custom homes, home additions, kitchen and bathroom remodels, finished basements, decks and porches, outdoor kitchens, pool houses and guest houses, and whole-house renovations. We are also a factory-authorized dealer for StruXure louvered roofs and Fenetex motorized screens.
Do you handle both design and construction?
Yes. We are a design-build contractor, so one team handles planning, design, permits and construction under a single contract. You have one point of contact from the first meeting to the final walkthrough.
What areas do you serve?
We take on construction projects anywhere within about 90 minutes of our New Castle shop, which covers the entire Pittsburgh area and much of Western Pennsylvania. StruXure louvered roofs and Fenetex screens are installed statewide.
Are you a registered contractor in Pennsylvania?
Yes. Premier Custom Builders is registered with the Pennsylvania Attorney General as a Home Improvement Contractor, PA HIC #028559.
Can you handle more than one project at once, like a kitchen and an addition?
Yes. Many clients combine projects, such as an addition with a new kitchen, or a deck with a StruXure louvered roof. Planning them together as one design-build project keeps the design consistent and the schedule coordinated.
How much will my project cost?
Every project is quoted after we visit the site and review the scope with you. Contact us to schedule a consultation and we will give you a written estimate.
