Estimate FAQs
Do I need plans or drawings before requesting an estimate?
No. Most clients start with an idea, a few photos or a list of what they want. Because we are a design-build contractor, we can create the plans as part of your project.
What happens after I submit the form?
We review your project details and reach out to talk through your goals. Then we schedule a visit to see the site in person, and after that we prepare a written estimate based on the actual scope of work.
Do you travel to my area?
We take on construction projects anywhere within about 90 minutes of our New Castle shop, which covers the entire Pittsburgh area. StruXure louvered roofs and Fenetex screens are installed statewide across Pennsylvania.
Can I request an estimate for more than one project?
Yes. Many clients combine projects, such as a kitchen remodel and an addition, or a deck with a StruXure louvered roof. Tell us everything you are considering and we will plan it together.
How is my estimate priced?
Every project is quoted after we visit the site and review the scope with you. That way your written estimate reflects your actual home, materials and plans.
